Sugar Terminals Limited commenced commercial operations on 1 August 2000.

The current board comprises:

• Constantine Christofides
• Mark Day
• Stephen Guazzo
• James Frederick Hesp

Mr Richard Farquhar is General Manager and Company Secretary.

Sugar Terminals Limited owns the six bulk sugar terminals located in the following Queensland ports - Cairns, Mourilyan, Lucinda, Townsville, Mackay, and Bundaberg. These terminals were constructed and financed by the sugar industry.

There are 229,348,203 "G" class shares issued to Queensland cane growers and 130,651,797 "M" class shares issued to Queensland mill owners. Trading in shares is restricted to industry participants.
